• RCG Urban American currently owns and manages 12,000 multi-family housing units in the New York metropolitan area and employs 140 leasing, management, accounting, and construction personnel.
  
• RCG Longview Partners is the General Partner of the RCG Longview Funds, which provide bridge senior/subordinated mortgages, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity through its debt fund series; and makes opportunistic equity investments through its equity fund.  Individuals and entities that comprise the General Partner currently own approximately 34,000 residential units and approximately 35 million square feet of commercial and retail space in 37 states.

There are a number of limited partners in Ramius that are “household” real estate names.  These are true “strategic partners” due to their willingness to contribute their operating expertise and make available real estate opportunities not available to the general investing public.
